You guys are onto something. Simple will never ask you to tell us your password — if any third party makes such a request, it’s an attempt at fraud. Simple does not have all the features of banks provide, but they do offer workarounds … Simple is ruining lives by locking and closing one bank account at a time Simple is not a bank. Traditional Banks are immediate or take up to two days maximum. Regarding the website, it's login is easy for customers. Moreover, I'll receive error messages after error messages trying to transfer money to Simple from my connected bank account. Their Safe-to-Spend feature alone is worth changing banks for. Some people have become homeless, and can't access their: disability, social security, stimulus, child support payments, paychecks, unemployment benefits. This is far worse than traditional banks. The longer I use Simple the more I love it. These guys are awful and I’d recommend using someone like Chime hows service is amazing. Customer service was also extremely incompetent and negligible, the first call being for 1 hour with no solution, the second call being a half hour long and to be hung up on. Be alert for unemployment insurance fraud. SIMPLE BANK IS A SCAM or at very best they simply don't care about their costumers . Needless to say another half hour passed and nothing. I cannot transfer money directly into my protected Goal account, because there isn’t an option that says transfer money to protected Goal. Thanks for making such a great product. Not only did they overdraft my account by almost $20K when trying to buy a house, they lost the closing check and couldn't meet any request to receive the check at an earlier time, even when I offered to pay for the more expensive checking. By the way, this awesome support system and helpful staff is reason alone to switch to Simple. I am excited to finally see some innovation in the banking space.
