Pears are in season so guess what! Remove the pears from the oven and let sit for about 3 minutes. Add chopped walnuts on top and drizzle with honey. There is no need to peel the pears, just halve them and put them on a greased cookie sheet (I use a bit of Pam spray). Serve one half to each guest. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
